Create a PeaqRobot instance using a keystore or mnemonic. Access wallet, identity, storage, and access modules, and check address and balance.

Properties:

• sdk.address: SS58 address of the active keypair
• sdk.balance: free balance of that address, in whole tokens (float)
• sdk.id: identity module
• sdk.store: storage module
• sdk.access: access control module
