Status Callbacks

Receive transaction status callbacks with the Python Robotics SDK. The SDK emits BROADCAST, IN_BLOCK and FINALIZED after the write is finalized.

Receive status callbacks for a write. The SDK waits for finalization first, then calls on_status with BROADCAST, IN_BLOCK and, in FINAL mode, FINALIZED in one burst, so the callbacks report the result rather than live progress. In FAST mode only BROADCAST and IN_BLOCK are emitted.
